Please fill in your details in the event subscription form and make sure you read the terms below carefully. The registration must be completed at least 7 days prior to the event.
- You can sign up as an individual through the signup form. The -name- organization will do its best to assign you to a team.

- Each team will be assigned a topic. We will do our best to take your preferences into account when assigning topics.
- Participation is open to Radboud University, HAN and ROC students from all fields of study and disciplines.
- The main language of the event will be English.
- Radboud alumni who have graduated after January 2022 are also eligible to participate in the hackathon.
- Participants must be willing to present their solutions to a panel of experts and fellow students at the end of the hackathon.
- During the hackathon, all participants are expected to adhere to an ethical code and show respect for other participants and their ideas.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals who do not comply with the rules of the hackathon or engage in misconduct.
- By participating in the hackathon, all participants consent to the use of their name and photos for promotional purposes.
- In case of ‘no show’ you’ll be charged with a no-show fee of €15,00.
